Real estate investing content on the internet falls into two camps: overly simplified "get rich quick" content that glosses over the real math, or overly complex institutional-grade analysis that doesn't apply to investors working with $20,000–$100,000 in capital.
InvestorDealSystems.com was built to fill the gap. We focus specifically on the small investor — someone doing their first flip, building their first BRRRR portfolio, or trying to scale from 2 rentals to 10. The tools, strategies, and deal math on this site are calibrated for that reality.
